The air regulator "Super Precision Pressure Reducing Valve Air Relay RR Series" is an air-operated type pressure reducing valve that can vary the secondary side pressure based on the external pilot pressure input, unlike other pressure reducing valves. It employs a servo balance method using a rolling diaphragm and measuring capsule for pressure control, making it a cleanroom-compatible ultra-precision regulator capable of precise pressure adjustment. The components are made of stainless steel and fluororubber, and all other parts are treated with electroless nickel plating, resulting in extremely low dust generation.
